Pritchard Park: a tree lined city park with water feature and boulders that provide for a lively drum circle every Friday. Plan to spend a half hour to full hour enjoying the park. Pisgah National Forest: a huge park boasting waterfalls, forests, rivers, and views with lots of hikes and picnic space. Spend an hour taking in the amazing scenery. Visit: their website

Blue Ridge Parkway Scenic Drives: The best way to explore the Blue Ridge Parkway is to go for a drive! Drive for 10 miles or 50 enjoying breathtaking views, and it’s easy to fit into your schedule! Visit:
